Pix4Dfields not opening on macOS Catalina 10.15.6 - Notification shows up states: R0090: Could not authenticate. There was a network issue.

      Notification shows up right after I enter my login info that states: R0090: Could not authenticate. There was a network issue.

      I don't know what to do. Please help.

Can you please check our suggestions detailed here: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038640531? The issue can happen due to a proxy/antivirus/firewall on the PC that does not allow the application to validate the HTTPS certificate chain. As a result, communication with the Pix4D login server is impossible.
