Can you please check our suggestions detailed here: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038640531? The issue can happen due to a proxy/antivirus/firewall on the PC that does not allow the application to validate the HTTPS certificate chain. As a result, communication with the Pix4D login server is impossible.
