Pix4d login servers temporarily unavailable

I have two sets of credentials, and both of them are giving the following error at login:

Login failed: Error e0060: Network error: verify your Internet connection.
Error downloading https://mapper.pix4d.com/mapper/license/activation/ - server replied: Service Temporarily Unavailable

Our internet connection is solid, but pix4d login servers are responding with “Service Temporarily Unavailable”. It’s been happening for us all morning. Anyone else having similar issues, or know when the service will be back up?

Hi, i’ve the same error at login. I’m using the version 3.0.13, because i can only use up to this version of the software. Do you have a solution for this? I’m trying to solve this problem, but it’s not working.

Is the issue still happening? Make sure to restart your device and, if possible, your network before trying again.

Also, depending on the license you are using and the status of your Support and Upgrade, you might be unable to connect on more recent PIX4Dmapper versions.

Hi @Daniele_Lecci. Thank you for your reply. Yes, this issue is still happening for us (we are using V2.0.104). It appears that the only known solution to this is to update to V3.0.17 or later of Pix4d (which is no longer available from the Pix4d downloads page). Do you have a link to a later V3 download?

Also, is there any way to continue using V2 of pix4d? We’ve grown quite accustomed to processing our data with V2, and how to handle any errors in that version, should they arise.

It appears that the issue we are having stems from the following URL returning a 503 error:
https://mapper.pix4d.com/mapper/license/activation/
This is the URL that the V2 software uses to validate credentials.

Even when attempting to use V3, I occasionally get the following error in my pix4d log file (seemingly related to the V2 error):

[2022.04.27 10:21:39][ 5%RAM][ 4%CPU][Error]: 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
