Opening a Cloud Proceseed Project

From my desktop software I’m trying to open a cloud-processed project and I’m getting this message (I have a monthly subscription).

Could you make sure you have installed on your computer the latest version of Pix4D desktop (3.1.18) that you can download here:

If you try to open a project recently processed on the cloud it means the project was processed with 3.1.18 and the .p4d file cannot be opened with an older version of Pix4D desktop.
