NIR Index Map value is over 3

Dear Sir or Madam, 

I have been using Pix4D to process RedEdge-M images for quite a while. However, a week ago, i processed a new dataset, and find that the values of nir Index Map are over 3.1. I know there must be something wrong, but can you please let me know what are the possible reasons so that i can avoid them in future surveys.
