Newbie unable to access the training modules

We just bought the training bundle for the online training, certification and Essentials. I cannot access any of the courses. I keep getting to a page that says

" Access to cloud.pix4d.com was denied

You don’t have authorization to view this page.

HTTP ERROR 403"

Please Help!

Can you go to support.pix4d.com and submit a support ticket. We can put you in touch with one of our trainers to resolve the issue.

Things have been insane for me work-wise and I have not started the training. I am unable to log in again

How is the response time from suppport? How long did it take for you to get access ? Please share any pro’s or con’s with us. I have not comitted to the Software Package yet. I am a Start Up Company and already have to send an email just to talk with someone from sales. Any constructive opinion is apprieciated. Have a Good Day and a Better Tomorrow.
