TRAINING COURSE SALED BY PIX4D

Dear all

I need help. I bought one training essential with payment confirmation ,but PIx4D charged for the course but I have not received anything other than the payment confirmation and no one answers me to resolve and give me access to the training. Can someone help me to resolve this or provide me with a contact telephone number, since the international telephone number that appears in the email is an access that does not work.
