For everyone’s visibility, it seems the issue was solved by whitelisting the following:
- pix4d.com, via ports 80 and 443.
- URLs: cloud.pix4d.com, api.account.pix4d.com
- The IPs:
- cloud.pix4d.com IP: 52.21.36.59
- api.account.pix4d.com IP: 52.73.176.255
