accessing my licence

just paid a monthly subscription but cant access it.  Need to use absolutely urgently, how?

All your licenses should be listed there.

I got my licence key, I don’t want to use cloud, just on my desktop like usual.  But it is not working.


is there a number in Australia I can ring ?


I am trying to understand your situation. If I understand correctly, you opened Pix4Dmapper and authenticated, but then your license does not appear in the list?

If that is the case, are you sure that you are logged in with the correct user? If not, how would you describe your issue?

With your license, you have access to support, so feel free to open a ticket as well.
