I just paid for the in-depth online course and I can’t access anything. I made the purchase using my personal email, which was a mistake as I have an account with my work email, and the create account page times out when I try to create an account with my personal email. Can I please get some help?

I’m having all sorts of issues. Trying to buy based on a quote and asked to record a payment card. Right… can’t add a card, can’t add an address to my account. Maybe they don’t need new customers.
