I can't login to pix4D Capture.

I tried to register for pix4D Capture. I never received an email and I cannot login, when I try it gives me the error “username or password is incorrect.”
I thought maybe it didn’t go through so I tried to register again and I’m told that there is already a user with that username (me).
I tried to rest my password and it tells me “That email address doesn’t have an associated user account. Are you sure you’ve registered?”

Could you confirm that you are still facing the login issue?

In some cases, it can happen that the confirmation email is not delivered due to the following reason:

  • Recipient email address does not exist.
  • The domain name does not exist.
  • Recipient email server has completely blocked delivery.

Is this something that applies to your email address?
