Mission uploads to phantom 4 pro (P4P)

 Hi there

I am using the Pix4D app on my IPad mini 4 and am having issues with getting the missions to upload to the aircraft (P4P). It uploads fine apart from the 'camera setting up" and the “mission uploading to drone” parts. Is there something that I am missing. I have made sure that the DJI app is closed in the background, so should not be getting interference from that.

 

Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Wayne,

For optimal experience with Pix4Dcapture, we recommend to proceed with basic checks.

Note that it can take some time for the camera to be ready to shoot or for the mission to be uploaded to the drone. Check this article for more information.
