This specific camera is supported only in iOS and for RGB images.

Problem with Mavic 2 Enterprise DUAL

Hello there, i have a problem with newly acquired Mavic 2 Enterprise DUAL. Problem is that I don’t see camera view in Pix4D Capture. App says that this drone is supported and I should see at least RGB view but all I see is black picture. Drone is connected to app and I can see telemetry. Is someone else having this problem? Thank you very much for help. Ivan
