Problem with Mavic 2 Enterprise DUAL

Hello there,

i have a problem with newly acquired Mavic 2 Enterprise DUAL. Problem is that I don’t see camera view in Pix4D Capture. App says that this drone is supported and I should see at least RGB view but all I see is black picture. Drone is connected to app and I can see telemetry.
Is someone else having this problem?

Hello,

The behavior you are describing can’t be replicated on our side and has not been reported to us so far. I would suggest you go through all the basic checks and troubleshooting steps as it will solve most of the issues that can be encountered if properly followed.

Problem was solved, here is how.
You need to run DJI Pilot on backround. In DJI Pilot, RGB (“Visible”) picture needs to be set. Last thing to do is to switch to video mode (if it’s in photo mode, it’s not working). When everything is set in DJI Pilot, don’t turn it off, just switch app to Pix4D Capture and here you go.
