License is not available for purchase?

I tried to purchase a license after a successful trial, my Paypal account got charged, but nothing happened. I got an email from Paypal and that’s it. The Cloud license doesn’t show up online, the iOS app (Catch) also says that I don’t have a license to upload collected data. Support seems to be non-existent, I opened a ticket a few hours ago and got no response.
Any ideas what can I try next besides contacting Paypal to cancel the purchase?
