License Deactivation

I need the two active computers deact6ivated so that I can run the software on the correct computers. How , do you do this simp0le task that Pix4D has made sow difficult. If they only had a phone or would answer their e-mail.

I have deactivated your devices. As Oliver said you can try those options in the future. If you are still not able to deactivate you can reach out us through a support ticket. We respond very fast in case of licensing issues.
