Simple request to allow the PC app to take over the license. Example, I have 2 laptops we may use to process the images in react. Whoever ran the last mission used the other laptop and had logged in but forgot to logout. Now I’m trying to login but there are 0 licenses available since the 1 is currently allocated. I would like to be able to force the allocation of that license which will boot the other user.
We can always deactivate devices for you. Our system shows that there is no device using the license now but if you have any problems, please contact Support team.
You can also remotely deactivate a device using license management panel..
