Cannot Log Out on Pix4D

We have a floating license, but cannot log out or force deactivate a device so that another person can log in. The “Remote device deactivation” is set to “enabled”, but under the “Active devices” there is no option to deactivate it. How do we fix this?

We can deactivate the devices for you.
Could you please send us a support ticket letting us know which license under these two accounts you would like us to deactivate a device? PIX4D personal support
If possible could you also share with us a screenshot where the remote deactivation is set to enabled but no device was shown under the active devices? Thank you in advance for this information.

I have uploaded the screen shot. Please let me know what the next step is to get this to where Lorrie can get in and get some things accomplished.
