License Deactivation

I have deactivated your license. I am not clear what the problem is. If this does not solve your issues please reply with a screenshot and a brief expalantion.

We have replaced 25 computers of educational institution without logging out.
There were 25 computers had not been log out.
Please inactivate registered 25 computers.

I have deactivated the 25 computers. You should be able to reinstall and log in on the new machines.

Buenas tardes. Estoy tratando de comunicarme por todos los medios…tengo el mismo problema que mis colegas, no puedo DESACTIVAR MI LICENCIA PARA VOLVER A INSTALARLA.
La mia es una licencia perpetua 3.2.23, no queremos actualizarla. Desde el manual me dicen que es tarea de ustedes ya q no se puede hacer remotamente.

As a result of the SSD disk failure on the computer I am using, I installed a new disk. When I try to log in, I cannot log in because 1 computer in my system appears to be logged in. Can you help me on this issue?

Hi,

I can’t deactivated my last computer so can’t log my new laptop… When I’m going to the manage licence the option “deactivated, enable” is not available so I can’t use the trying licence of pix4Dmapper…
