I can not release a license remotely

Hello I have a problem I currently have a license of the two available but in the license management panel says that I have two used of two, but I do not have access to the other equipment that is supposed to be installed, and in the options I can not deactivate it remotely , what can I do, could you help me?

I am having the same issue. The computer that we were running Pix4d crashed. I am trying to move the license to the new computer and cannot seem to be able to remotely disable it.

Any help would be great.
