[iOS, Android] New Phantom 4 Pro v2.0 not working

Hello team,

Just purchased a DJI Phantom 4 Pro Plus v 2.0. I guess this model is not supported yet, I tried every guide i found but CTRL+DJI doesn’t connect with the drone.

Any advice?
