Instruction at 0x00007FFA6236A0A6 referenced memory...

I am processing imagery in Pix4D in 3D Maps. I have made it past initial processing, however in the Second part, after hours of processing, Pix4D shuts down and provides this error message:

The instruction at 0x00007FFA6236A0A6 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000000. The memory could not be written.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Would you please upload the quality report and the log file to understand the issue?

▸ The quality report (.pdf format): …\project_name\1_initial\report\project_name_report.pdf

▸ The project log file (text file): …\project_name\project_name.log

Yuka,

thank you for the response. Here are the Quality Report and the Log File for 2 different projects, both of which failed during Step 2. The second project was the one that failed under the Error mentioned here.

Please find the WeTransfer link to the data.

Thank you for the files. After taking a look at the files, I believe that the issue is related to the availability of hardware resources. Would you please make sure that the hardware meets the recommended requirements to process it?

Kind regards,

Attached is the specs of my computer, which are well beyond what is required and has processed much larger projects in the past.

I was not able to see the specs of your computer; however, please note that required specs varies depending on the processing settings, image size and numbers, contents, processing steps…etc. The link below explains the settings that helps to lower the computer resources. Hope it helps.
