Processing hang up at "Generate Quality Report"

I have a consistent problem with the processing stopping at the beginning of step 6/8 in the initial processing.  It will get to that point and then go no further. What do I need to do to fix this problem?

Hi Philip,

Do you get any error message? Could you please check the computer meets the minimum requirements (learn more). If you could share the project log file and .p4d file, that you be helpful for the investigation.

  • The log file: …\project_name\project_name.log.
  • The .p4d file: …\project_name.p4d.
