I am sorry to hear this. Please contact support and provide the following files that will help the investigation.
- The quality report (.pdf format): …\project_name\1_initial\report\project_name_report.pdf.
- The project log file (text file): …\project_name\project_name.log.
- The project file (.p4d): …\project_name.p4d.
- One or several screenshots of the 3D rayCloud view.
I just had the same issue. Processed steps 1 & 2 yesterday, was working on editing the point cloud today when the software crashed. Now it seems that both steps have lost all processing information with no ray/point cloud or 3D mesh… a weee bit infuriating.
How many images were you processing and what are the specs for the computer you are using (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.)? This will determine how well is your project’s process.
