Impossible to make an orthomosaic

Hello, Thank you very much for the help you can give me.
I don’t know what to do anymore because for me it is impossible to make an orthomosaic of a DJI mavic 2 enterprise advanced. I no longer ask for the thermal, but I can’t with the visible images. I do the mission with the DJI program. GSD 1.14cm/pixel. 80%-80% overlap.
I leave the error that Pix4D mapper gives me.

Please could you post the entire log file, so I can see which processing options you are currently using? With this information, we can advice better.

I don’t know what file you mean. I’ll send you the log. I can’t send the quality report because it also fails.
I am using the 3D Maps template and everything is by default.
