I did manage to edit the mosaic but when I bring it in to QGIS it still has the holes.

Thank you for replying. I did do the save and export. Which brings another question. Do you have to save and export each individual region that you make or can I do-them all after they’re completed?

Hello Jim,

It is not necessary to export every time you made changes; however, you may want to save it from time to time because if you don’t, the edits you made will be lost when you accidentally close the projects.
