Gaps in the Orthomosaic

Hello

We conducted the creation of an large orthophoto and a 3d model (3500 pictures).

The first two steps went well and the 3d map turned out perfectly and the orthophoto in the quality report had no gaps. However, after producing an orthophoto, there are white squares distributed.

Could someone please inform

us about what we have to change.

Hi Jean,

Thank you for sharing a screenshot of your 3D textured mesh and the missing tiles in the Mosaic Editor.

It’s not very common that a 3D reconstruction is complete while tiles are missing from the orthomosaic. Please investigate the following:

1. Verify that your orthomosaic is complete by opening it in another third-party software.
2. Verify that you see the same number of files in the 3_dsm_ortho\1_dsm\tiles and 3_dsm_ortho\2_mosaic\tiles. 
3. Verify that all tiles have approximately the same file size, that none of them are empty.
