GCP Showing Up Far Outside Area Where Photos Were Capture

I have 9 GCPs for a project located in Atlanta. The images are showing in the correct area. However, when we input the GCPs using the simple CSV file from our aeropoints, they show up in South Carolina. I checked we are using the correct Coordinate System (Alabama East) and the images are in meters WGS84. 

 

Any idea why we are not seeing the GCPs show up in our map?

Could you please check that the coordinates of the GCPs are imported with the correct order as you can see here?
