When I export my DSM and then load it in to Bluebeam, I get a PDF that’s 99% black and white. I’ve attached a picture. I’m trying to get the heat map on to a PDF so I can use it to show the client the grade changes. Am I missing a setting or something?

Can you please try using GeoTIFF format for DSM? How are you converting the DSM to PDF?
