Error to load Duet-T images

Dear,

I am using that tutorial to process images from the Duet-T camera, which I use on eBee X:

However, when loading images, the following error message appears:

[Error]: Error converting FLIR image: Unable to write thermal image

What is it? How to solve this?

Hi, Which Pix4Dmapper version are you using? You would need 4.3.31 or a later version. It also might happen if you have special characters in your directory path. Can you send us the logfile?
