Error generating point cloud after capture

I am using an iPhone running the latest update of the app and phone software. I have tried several captures with the same issue. After any capture, when the file saves, it processes the point cloud and gives an error at 44% which reads:

Error

The operation couldn’t be completed.

(com.pix4d.platform_catch_pcl_ioerror 7.)

I have tried this with large and small projects (less than 50 and more than 800 shots). Same error at the same percent every time. I have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no help.

Hi,

I’m in the exact same situation concerning the error code 7, I’m using an Iphone 15 Max and the situation is still stuck. Here is a part of the logs of the capture. (Can’t add more, due to the 4Mb upload limit)
