[Error]:Generate index failed (thermal)

Hello everyone,

I was trying to generate a thermal index map using the Pix4Dmapper “ThermoMAP Camera” thermal image processing template (advanced). I have a permanent license. The sensor is DJI Zenmuse XT2. Everything went smoothly, generated the reflectance for thermal and RGB bands but when it comes to generating the thermal index it fails. What is the solution for this error? I am really worried about the error. I also used the “Thermal Camera” processing option, but this option doesn’t generate a thermal index map.

Could you check if the camera parameter is the same as the one shared in this thread?

DJI Zenmuse XT2: Calibrated camera (RGB and thermal 19mm)

Sometimes the pixel size is read incorrectly, and you need to enter the correct one.
