I can’t start Pix4D Desktop 4.0.25 Trial version on my computer.

Can you please check if you can access your Pix4D cloud account using your account credentials:

Have you tried using another network to connect to the internet? 

Make sure there is no firewall blocking the software. If this is the case,

  • Make sure that the firewall is not blocking  and  via ports 80 and 443. For instructions on allowing access, consult your network administrator or your home network’s firewall documentation.
