I can’t start Pix4D Desktop 4.0.25 Trial version on my computer.

Can you please check if you can access your Pix4D cloud account using your account credentials: https://cloud.pix4d.com

Have you tried using another network to connect to the internet? 

Make sure there is no firewall blocking the software. If this is the case,

  • Make sure that the firewall is not blocking  uav.pix4d.com  and  cloud.pix4d.com  via ports 80 and 443. For instructions on allowing access, consult your network administrator or your home network’s firewall documentation.
