Downloading Outputs on Pix4D Cloud

Hello Pixies

Could someone please help me understand why I’m unable to download outputs in Pix4D Cloud? I started with a free trial and upgraded to an Advanced subscription a couple of days ago. My account shows the subscription as active, and I can also see the purchased credits.

However, when I try to download outputs (such as a shapefile), I get an error message stating something like: “A paid subscription is required to download outputs – buy now.”

I’d sincerely appreciate any guidance or tips to resolve this issue. Thank you!

Welcome to the Pix4D Community :handshake: . Thank you for sharing clear and detailed information about your issue.

Currently, there is a problem where when there is a valid trial license and a valid paid license, the software gives priority to the trial license, which does not allow exports. The product team is aware of this and is already working on a fix. I apologize for any inconvenience.

To solve the issue, I have manually “expired” your trial license so that only the paid license is “currently valid”.

Please reload the page; you should now be able to export data.

Hi I have the same issue as ‘‘amugabe” and cannot export outputs in PIX4D cloud due to upgrading a trial version to a paid subscription. Can you please provide me with the same fix as above.
