DJI Mini 3 not starting mission

Hi,

We have just bought the DJI Mini 3. We have installed Pix4Dcapture Pro and planned a mission successfully. However, even though the drone completes all the green checks and takes off just fine, it climbs up almost to the right altitude and then just hovers. It does not head to the starting point of the mission.

We have tried bringing it to the starting point manually. The drone then detects the starting point and heads in the right direction, but it does not start the mission.

We would appreciate any tips on how to solve this problem.
