DJI Go is open - Application Crash

When I open Pix4d Capture and choose Grid mission, it tells me that DJI Go is open in the Background, even though I know it is not. I double checked, and even tried a fresh restart on my device. Still gives me the same error

 

I then choose “CLOSE DJI GO” and then the application crashes

Hello Andrew,

which device and which version of Android are you using?

Also what you can try to do, if you didn’t already, is to manually force DJI Go app to close from apps settings prior to open Capture.

1. Go to Settings -> Apps -> DJI Go and select “Force stop”

 

  1. Open Capture app: it should not detect app conflict anymore.
