Ctrl+DJI connection error with Gigaset GX290 Smartphone with DJI Mavic Pro 2


there is a problem to connect the smartphone with the drone DJI Mavic Pro 2 using a Gigaset GX290 Smartphone wit the APPS Pix4Dcapture and Ctrl+DJI
All permissions are given to the apps but always i get the message:

Ctrl+DJI Permissions
In order to control your drone, the SDK used in Ctrl+DJI which is provided by the manufacturer requires certain permissions. Additionally, it is necessary for us to be able to store images and flight data to your device’s storage. Granting the permissions is required for normal operation.

When clicking the message it disappears und the same message is starting again and again.
All permissions for all apps are given.

Does anyone know a solution? With my Samsung Smartphone there is no problem.

To operate our application, you have to be sure that you have granted all the permissions that are needed by the drone manufacturer app and our applications.
On your Android mobile device:

  • Tap Settings --> Apps --> drone manufacturer app (DJI GO, DJI GO 4) --> permissions.
  • Ensure to do the same for Pix4Dcapture and Ctrl+DJI.

I would assume that you did not grant the permission for the application to store files or picture on the mobile device.
