Hello there. For testing catch and capture I was able to compose a 3D model and Pont.cloud this morning. However, tonight, when I tried to upload two houses I scanned this afternoon, the app logged me out, then said I need to be logged in. I clicked on.log in, it said login successful but when I clicked upload, I was apparently logged out again. This started an never-ending loop and neither restarting my phone nor deactivating my VPN wouldn’t resolve the issue.
the few times I got one step closer, I was able to click upload, but then the app apparently crashed. Curious, because this morning everything went smoothly. Can somebody help me please? We are testing and would buy 5 or more licenses if this works for us.

Thank you for your question and welcome to the community!
Removing the space at the end of your project name will fix this issue. This is a know problem we are working on. In the meantime, please avoid spaces at the end of project names.

great that you had the solution right away, thanks a lot for this. I was successfully able to upload one project after removing the empty space.
Curiously, I couldn’t upload another project because now I get an error message “PIX4Dcloud license is required” - I should have it, right?

Hi Max,
Please note that we just released updates to both the iOS and Android versions of the app and would recommend updating if you are using an older version.
