When attemtping to upload a scan on PIX4DCatch we are getting the following message "An error has occurred trying to start processing (code 400).
First time we have had this, all other scans have been fine.

Can you please try to log out, then log back in and retry the uploading? If you did not do it already, I would also upgrade to the latest app version 1.30.3.
