Hello everyone,
uploading the images/the project to the cloud does not work after pressing the upload button. It gets stuck at 0% - but an empty project with no data is created in the cloud. Do you have a solution for that?

Hi,
Welcome to Pix4D Technical Support.
We are currently investigating the issue. We will back to you shortly.
Thanks in advance for your patience.
Have a very nice day.
Best regards
Hello,
It appears that certain regions of AWS(Amazon web services) have implemented updates that are breaking this process for Android. We are currently working on a fix and will include it in the next release.
Exporting the project files and uploading them from the desktop to PIX4Dcloud can be used as a temporary workaround.
Refer to New dataset - PIX4Dcloud for more information.
We apologize for the inconvenience and will post here once fixed.
Regards,
Jon
We have released Android version 1.10.0. Please update as this should address this issue.
Thank you!

Hello everyone,
uploading the images/the project to the cloud does not work again with Android. After pressing the upload button nothing happens and it isnt possible to logg in. Do you have a solution for that?
Hello 18.pix4d,
Can you please describe any steps leading up to the events you describe? Is this for one project or every time you try to upload?
Hearing that nothing happens and not being able to log in would make me believe there could be a bad internet connection. Has a project been created in your PIX4Dcloud account from this/these attepmt/s?
If not an internet issue, could you please share:
I can provide a private drive to upload to if you prefer.
If there was a project created in PIX4Dcloud, you can delete it, and then try to reupload from the mobile device again.
Regards,
-Jonathan
