My project started uploading the images and seemingly got stuck after 11 images and I can’t seem to get it to re-engage. I have turned on/off the app and the phone and made sure I was connected to strong wifi. Any assistance would be appreciated. My best, JBT

Is there any reason why the upload stopped in the first attempt?
To access the images and project file (.p4d) you can connect your mobile device to a computer. For more information: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/214516203
Then you can upload to the cloud for processing:
- From the .p4d file if you open it with Pix4D Desktop on your computer: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/202558589
- From scratch if you just drag and drop the images on the cloud webpage directly: https://support.pix4d.com/hc/en-us/articles/215858503#label1

Thanks for the assistance, following the steps now. As for why it stoped in the first place I think it had to do with wireless connectivity, but not sure. Thx. JBT
Hello Pix4D. I to have experienced no data after completing 2-4 flyover missions of the same place. The drone completes the mission and the Capture app says photos are being taken. The drone lands automatically, shows landed, but no photos are uploaded.
Why did this happen?
