Cant load a orthomosaic

Hi! I have a problem when trying to load a orthomosaic in order to edit it.

When step “loading orthomosaic” reaches 100% program shuts down.
My specs:
Intel(R) Core™ i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz 4.20 GHz
64,0 GB RAM
GPU: 2X NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti

I have had that happen when:

  • Check your display magnification, if you’re using Windows. I’ve had this happen if my magnification is >125%. If you’re running dual monitors, try opening it on the primary monitor.

  • Switch to the map view while the orthomosaic loads. I know it sounds weird, but I have had that work.

  • Save it to a different location, preferably on a different drive, and try opening it from there.

  • If none of those work, check your log file and see if there is an error. It could be Ram shortage. It could be hard drive space. The log file should at least narrow it down. You can upload your logfile here as well and the community can help. :slight_smile:
