Hi
I am using PIX4dcapture Pro application and DJI P4P v2.0. I cannot initiate mission due to camera failure even restarting both the drone and the pix4Dcapture pro application. I also tried using different cellphones and lightning cables but still won’t work.
Hi @pcalanog
Welcome to the Pix4D Community .
Which version of PIX4Dcapture Pro are you using? Make sure to update to the latest version. Also, make sure to update the drone and controller firmware.
Are you using the Google Play version of the app? If yes, can you please download and install the app from this page (Build B)?
Cheers
Hi,
I am using PIX4Dcapture pro version 1.4.0 and Apple store version IOS. RC controller and Drone were all up to date.
Thank you for confirming this, @pcalanog .
Can you please share a screenshot of the issue with me, as well as the log file (as described below)?
Hi Daniele,
I haven’t taken a screenshot on my last flight but it’s just showing that the camera ready on the checklist was failed other than that everything was fine, but i do have the log file. Please see attached file.
Regards,
Paul
