I have installed and repaired several times the software and the error message “api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll” appears, what is wrong ?

The error that you receive is related to Windows update. To resolve this issue, download and install the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows from Microsoft.

To install this update, you must have the following operating system updates installed on your system.

Could you please try this recommendation and let me know how it goes?

Hi, I just want to ask a question about the same problem missing api-ms-win-crt-runtime-I1-1-0.dll and that happens in the last update on WIN 7, how to remove that error. I found some websites that offer downloading DLL files would that solve my problem, it gets on my nerves.

Sorry for answering that late, i think you can use some reliable websites like pcpatchedup.com to download any dll and this website also includes the information about how to install or register these dll files,
