After processing a project with Pix4Dmapper or e.g. uploading 2D artifacts like an orthomosaic, a post-processing is initiated, which divides the orthophoto into individual tiles and also makes other transformations in order to optimally display the data.
This post processing can be faulty, be it that the input data does not correspond to the convention, is too large or that some other error occurred. Unfortunately, these errors are not displayed to the user, often the user only notices that the desired layer simply does not appear. There is nothing else to do than to ask Pix4D support to look at the log file and forward the corresponding entries.
