 Hello,

I had recently uploaded a dataset for processing on PIX4D cloud. I have got the 3D mesh as output but did not receive the Orthomosaic and DSM. Please find the error message below :  

There was an issue while processing your project. This view is not available. You can download the quality report to get some information about what might have happened, and you can also download the outputs we were able to process.

 

Please let me know the possible issue also possibility for reprocessing if possible?
