Buenas noches, la aplicación Pix4D no reconoce el drone Phantom 3 4K, solo reconoce el standard, advantad y profesional, quisiera preguntar y ojalá alguien me asesore en cuál aplicación puedo utilizar que se asemeje a Pix4D para poder realizar levantamientos topográficos con mi Drone Phantom 3 4K

The Phantom 3 4K is not officially supported by Pix4Dcapture. However, you may be able to fly your mission if you select the appropriate settings in Pix4Dcapture:

  • DJI Phantom 3 4K: Select Phantom 3 Advanced or Professional in Pix4Dcapture’s settings

Gracias por contestar, pero ya intenté de esa manera y no logra detectar comunicación con mi Drone, ojalá pudiera orientarme más al respecto.

Sorry to hear that. As the drone is not officially supported we can’t guarantee that it will function for all of the case. I would still suggest you go through all the basic checks and troubleshooting steps as it will solve most of the issues that can be encountered if properly followed.
