I can not setup over 100m altitude on Android App, but IOS app is possible.

Could you tell the model of the drone? Do you mean that you cannot select a flight altitude above 100 m or that the drone does not start the mission after having it planned?
Note that we have just released a new official Android version of Pix4Dcapture (3.0.1).
