All the 3D models that I’ve created through the could app have no colour or textures, they are just the mesh and a plain white model with no shadows. Does anyone know why this is?
I noticed same on my projects and workstation. We are using using Pix4D 3.0.17. Must be a glitch in latest version?
I’m seeing the same issue with the cloud processing. I’ve tried the mapper tool and I am currently trying the model and BIM tool to see if it’s the limitation with the module selected for the cloud processing. Anyone else found out how to solve this??
I have had feedback from the pix4d support team and the fix for me was to remove any special characters in the project name!
