Why is my orthomosaic different to the base map PIX4DFields?

Hello community. I have tried procesing images in pix4dfields with Fast processing and Accurate processing, with and without Pansharpening option, but my orthomosaic is different to the base map:

I have not found how to configure it. Is it a georeferencing problem?

Hi There

If you didn’t use GCP’s or RTK-Drone it most definitely is georeferencing problem. The normal GPS in the drones isn’t accurate enough.

Can you share the processing report?

Please keep in mind that the google basemap may be off up to 5m and more to the real location.
So even if you have an RTK dataset, it may not align perfectly with the basemap.
