Why can we not renew our monthly subscription? (Waiting list?)

Are we on a new subscription model now? We have been using a monthly subscription to process photogrammetry projects for years now, but are having issues with purchasing, it asks us if we want to be on a waiting list.

Also, we use pix4d with an RTK drone, and pairing that with lidar scans from a handheld system. We combine those using the point cloud alignment workflow.

Is pix4d mapper still the proper software offering or are there gains to be had with the pix4d matic + Survey package?
